Shipping Policy

Once the payment of the product and the confirmation of the order have been successfully completed, the product will be shipped in perfect condition to the address submitted by the customer. All shipments from Bleu Ambr, S.R.L. will be made by a courier company hired by Bleu Ambr, S.R.L. Once your package is sent by the carrier, the customer will receive the shipping and delivery information by email. Bleu Ambr, S.R.L. will have different delivery times depending on the geographical location.  Any change in the expected delivery date will be notified by email to the customer.

Bleu Ambr, S.R.L. reserves the right to extend delivery times during promotions or high-volume sales.

Shipments in Dominican Republic:

Delivery 1 to 4 days: The customer should receive in 1-4 business days if the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday or the next business day if the order is placed Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

International Shipments:

Delivery 3-7 days: The customer should receive in 3-7 business days if the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday or the next business day if the order is placed Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Bleu Ambr does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays.

If at the time of delivery to the address submitted by the customer, there is no one at the location, the company in charge of the delivery will make up to three delivery attempts at the same address.

If the customer, after making a purchase, would like to modify the delivery address, it may do so by contacting us by email at customerservice@bleuambr.com, indicating the order number, contact name and indicating the new shipping address. This previous process does not apply if the order has already been shipped.

Bleu Ambr, S.R.L will not take responsibility for mistaken information submitted by the customer.

At the time of delivery of your order, the customer or receiver must sign the receipt of the order to the carrier, check the overall condition of the package and accept or reject the order under their responsibility.

If, when opening the package with the jewelry, the customer is not completely satisfied notify Bleu Ambr, S.R.L immediately by email to customerservice@bleuambr.com within 2 days after receiving your order, providing photographic material as evidence.

Shipping costs will be accepted by the customer at the time of check-out.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for the payment of any taxes and/or duties to be incurred.
